The DFC-100 friction collator is a bench-top friction fed collating unit which can build into a system with up to 20 stations by combining two units. The three-wheel feed system provides reliable feeding of a wide range of material, including certain coated stocks. A number of options increase the versatility of the DFC-100, including integration with the Duplo DBM-120 bookletmaker.

The feed system provides reliable paper handling, to include some coated papers. The control unit is simple to understand and offers programmed settings for standard or repeat jobs. Linking two towers provides 20 bins for additional flexibility of finished product.

Simple to follow control panel with programmable settings makes for ease of use. Bin capacity of 28mm to hold 260 sheets of 80gsm paper. Stack capacity of 78mm and automatic stop when capacity is reached enables unsupervised operation. Adjustable feeder pressure and three wheel feed system produces a trouble-free feeding system.
